Whole leaf
Matcha is finely milled green tea, whisked into your drink rather than steeped and removed.
When life feels full, small rituals can make a little space. Shigatsu is Japanese matcha for those everyday moments — at home, at the café, and wherever you find your own tone.

Shigatsu means April in Japanese. To us, it brings to mind fresh beginnings, softer light and small things coming into bloom.
That is the feeling we want to bring to a familiar ritual: a favourite glass, a few unhurried minutes, and something that feels like your own.

Our current collection brings together two Japanese origins: Kumamoto and Yame. Each matcha has its own character, and both are selected with milk in mind.
For us, a good daily matcha belongs in the drinks you already love — an iced latte, a warm cup, or a café ritual you look forward to.
