Delivery information for Australian orders

Pre-launch information: Shigatsu’s online checkout and subscription billing are not active. No order or recurring payment can currently be placed through this website. Shipping and seller contact details will be published before checkout opens.

Current availability

We are not accepting online orders yet. Our proposed launch setup is Australia-wide domestic shipping with Australia Post Parcel Post and tracking, fulfilled manually at first. We have not opened a carrier account or fixed rates yet, so this is a plan rather than a live shipping service.

Rates and delivery estimates

We plan to use a free Australia Post MyPost Business account and lodge parcels at a Post Office. Final charges depend on the packed parcel weight, dimensions and destination postcode. We will weigh and measure the finished 50 g and 1 kg packs and show the applicable shipping charge before payment. Australia Post Parcel Post estimates are generally 2–4 business days within the same state and 3–6 business days interstate; actual delivery depends on the postcodes and network conditions. These are estimates, not guarantees. Dispatch timing will be stated separately before checkout opens.

Delivery issues

Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and accessible. Once tracking is available, use it to monitor delivery and contact us promptly if a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to be missing. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a solution where required under the ACL.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the ACL. If we cannot supply an order on time or within a reasonable time, we will work with you to provide a lawful solution. Any shipping refund or return-cost arrangement for a faulty or incorrect product will be handled in accordance with the ACL.

Regions and fees

We expect to begin with Australian deliveries only. Final service areas, rates and any free-shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout before orders open. International delivery is not available unless added later.
