Monthly recurring orders, charges and how to cancel

Pre-launch information: Shigatsu’s online checkout and subscription billing are not active. No order or recurring payment can currently be placed through this website. Shipping and seller contact details will be published before checkout opens.

Subscription status

Shigatsu subscriptions are planned but are not currently available. No recurring payment is being collected through this site.

Planned subscription prices

The current planned monthly prices are:

Haru 50 g — A$30.60 per order (one-time price A$34).
Haru 1 kg — A$270 per order (one-time price A$300).
Yu 50 g — A$34.20 per order (one-time price A$38).
Yu 1 kg — A$360 per order (one-time price A$400).

These amounts are for the product only; any delivery charge and total payable will be shown before a customer confirms an order. Prices may change prospectively. We will disclose the amount and obtain consent before applying a new recurring price.

Renewal and billing

When launched, the selected product and size are intended to renew monthly until cancelled. Before a customer subscribes, checkout will identify the recurring amount, billing frequency, next payment timing, delivery charge and payment provider. No subscription will start unless the customer affirmatively agrees to those terms.

Cancellation, pause and changes

There is no minimum term planned. Customers will be able to cancel future renewals before the next charge, without a cancellation fee. The exact cancellation method and any order-processing cut-off will be displayed before enrolment and in the subscription confirmation. A cancellation will stop future renewals; it does not remove rights relating to an order already paid for or any consumer guarantee.

Pause, product-change and delivery-address options will be shown only if they are supported by the active subscription system. If we cannot provide a paid order, we will provide a solution required by law.

Refunds and consumer rights

Cancellation does not waive rights under the ACL. If a product has a problem covered by a consumer guarantee, see our Refunds & returns policy. We will not use a cancellation term to prevent a lawful remedy.

How to cancel

The working cancellation route and customer support contact details are not yet available. They will be published before subscriptions are enabled. Until then, the subscription page is informational only and no recurring plan can be started.
